Jehovah's Organization never places itself in a position to be ashamed, afraid, caught or trapped!!
Yeah, they cover their tracks and tell you don't google "Jehovah's Witness". . .
And shame is not something they ever feel. Truly shameless.

CO's public talk is a 25min DVD
by BroMac inwe translate into all these languages.
even the ones that may seem small, like the blackfoot native american.
and when we go and take the message to them they just cant believe this is in their mother tongue.

Just saw this video myself. . .
I must admit, the quality of the DVD was quite good ( projected onto the screen with the wt approved dell projector).
The scope of the translating work is impressive, in fact, it was probably one of the "facts" that led me to believe this was gods org to begin with. . .
Unfortunately, if what you're printing is complete bullshit, it doesn't matter what language you print it in - it's still bullshit.

ok guys thought i would pass this on i think its so funny ..............i was told yesterday that a 8 year old boy at the kingdom hall was playing up as he didnt want to be there, and his mother grabbed hold of him and frog marched him (making a big scene) out of the hall, she flung open the back doors and took him outside a few seconds later he runs back in and shouts at the top of his lungs " oh and by the way a merry christmas to you all" before his mother drags him out again, got to bless the wee soul.

Another Newbie
by Skinnedsheep ini recently came to the realization that the organization is corrupt and is false.
my story is similar to many i think.
i was raised in the religion, pioneered and served as an elder for a number of years.

Welcome Skined Sheep!
Was an elder, too. Although I consider myself almost entirely mentally "out", I still show up every now and then just to keep things quiet. Fortunately, my wife is very open minded, and while not quite at the stage of admitting this whole thing is nonsense and leaving, there is very little doctrine that she believes in. All of her family is in and we don't want to lose them if at all possible.
I would agree the organization is imploding, but it is going to be painfully slow.

So apparently I'm now a Secular Humanist
by Oubliette ini was doing some research on the subject of beliefs and belief systems when i came across an on-line survey/test that supposedly helps you determine which religion or philosophy is most like your current beliefs.
if you're curious, you can take the quiz here: belief system selector quizafter answering the 20 questions the results were spit out!
tada!!!.

Thanks for this, I got a kick out of it!
Apparently, I am 100% secular humanist. Unitarian Universalism is #2 at 85%.
But this is my favorite part:
Dead last at #27 is Jehovah's Witness (0%).
Yessssssss!!!!

War broke out in heaven
by irondork inand war broke out in heaven: michael and his angels battled with the dragon, and the dragon and its angels battled but it did not prevail, neither was a place found for them any longer in heaven.
so down the great dragon was hurled, the original serpent, the one called devil and satan, who is misleading the entire inhabited earth; he was hurled down to the earth, and his angels were hurled down with him.
- revelation 12:7-9. this took no time at all, for it is written:w97 5/1 p.29remember that according to revelation 12:9, 10, with the establishment of gods heavenly kingdom in 1914, satan was cast down to the vicinity of the earth.but it took jesus three years to figure out who his true followers were on earth.

Isn't there some quote somewhere that claims the war in heaven took many months until satan was thrown out?
These things take time.
